Who controls your data

MB Pattern Atlas, Alytus, Lithuania, is the controller of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@getpatternatlas.com or through the contact form.

Information we collect

• Your name or nickname, email address, account details, and login records.
• Birth date, birth time, and birth location, plus relevant current location.
• Quiz answers, including sensitive answers about stress, relationships, emotions, and self-worth.
• Information about a child, teen, partner, or other person named in a reading.
• Order, price, currency, payment status, receipt, and refund details. Stripe processes card details; Pattern Atlas does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Messages, support requests, marketing choices, and cookie preferences.
• Device, browser, approximate location, referral, usage, security, and advertising measurement signals where enabled.

Why we use it

• Contract: to save quiz progress, calculate the Human Design inspired chart, generate and deliver the reading, maintain your account, and support purchases.
• Consent: for optional marketing, analytics and advertising technologies, and where consent is required for sensitive information.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service, prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights.
• Legal obligations: to maintain transaction, tax, accounting, and consumer-protection records and respond to lawful requests.

Birth data creates the chart layer and quiz answers create the lived-pattern layer. The report combines both. Human Design is an inspired framework, not a scientifically proven system.

Report generation and automated processing

Selected chart information and quiz answers are handled by contracted report-generation technology providers to prepare your reading. The reading is generated automatically, but it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Do not submit information you do not want included in this process.

Who receives information

We use contracted providers only as needed to run Pattern Atlas, including:

• Stripe for checkout, payments, receipts, fraud prevention, and refunds.
• Email, hosting, file-storage, database, and customer-support providers.
• Google location services to resolve place and timezone information.
• Report-generation technology providers for the purchased reading.
• Error monitoring, security, analytics, and advertising measurement providers.
• Professional advisers and public authorities when legally required.

We do not sell personal quiz answers. Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer safeguard.

How long we keep it

• Inactive, unpaid quiz sessions are stripped of personal content after 30 days.
• Accounts and purchased reports remain available until you request deletion.
• Support and security records are generally kept for up to 2 years.
• Order, payment, tax, and accounting records may be kept for up to 10 years where law requires it, with unnecessary personal content removed.
• Provider backups and consented analytics follow their normal deletion cycles.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary technologies keep the service secure, remember quiz progress, authenticate accounts, and store privacy choices. Optional browser analytics and advertising technologies load only after the relevant consent. Ahrefs provides aggregate, cookie-free website analytics. You can change optional choices at any time through the cookie icon or the “Manage cookies” footer link.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed login tokens, and restricted report access. Reports require an authenticated account, magic link, or email code. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and other people

Pattern Atlas is sold to adults. A parent or guardian may buy a reading concerning a child or teen and must have authority to provide that information. If you provide data about another adult, you must have their permission. Child and teen readings use support-oriented language and are not diagnoses.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your data, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing in any message and manage cookies at any time.

Send a request to privacy@getpatternatlas.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Some transaction records must remain after account deletion. You may also complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate, or your local supervisory authority.
