The product

A Pattern Atlas Reading is a personalized digital report supplied as a PDF and through your account. It combines your quiz answers with a Human Design inspired chart to create a reflective self-understanding tool.

Human Design is used as an inspired framework, not as a scientifically proven system. Pattern Atlas is not therapy, diagnosis, prediction, or medical, mental health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. Use your judgment and seek a qualified professional for decisions requiring professional advice.

Eligibility and information about others

You must be at least 18 to purchase. A reading about a child or teen must be purchased by a parent or guardian with authority to provide the information. Before supplying another adult’s information, you must have their permission. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit.

Atlas+ membership

Atlas+ is an optional monthly or yearly membership. The price you join at stays your price for as long as you remain a member. Cancel any time in one click: access and deliveries continue to the end of the period you paid for, and everything already delivered — chapters, the Living Volume, your readings — remains yours permanently. You can pause the membership for up to three months; paused months are not charged and deliver nothing.

The first membership charge is refundable within 14 days provided no chapter beyond the welcome chapter was generated. Renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Before each yearly renewal we send a reminder about ten days in advance.

Orders, prices, and payment

The total price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. The Reading itself is a one-time purchase (the optional Atlas+ membership below is the only recurring product). Stripe processes payment and may apply its own security checks. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and we confirm the purchase.

If a displayed price or product description contains an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund. Nothing here permits us to change an already accepted price without your agreement.

Generation and delivery

After payment confirmation, generation starts promptly. Most readings are ready within minutes and are delivered by email and through your account. Complex cases or technical failures may take longer. Contact support if your reading has not arrived within one hour. You need a current browser and PDF-compatible software to use the product.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, including after opening or downloading the reading. No proof or special form is required. Reply to your delivery email, email support@getpatternatlas.com, or use the contact form from the purchase email address.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.

Digital-content rights

By asking us to generate the personalized reading immediately, you request performance during any statutory withdrawal period. The 14-day guarantee above applies regardless. If digital content is faulty, unavailable, or not as described, you may also have rights to correction, replacement, a price reduction, termination, or a refund under applicable consumer law. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.

Accounts and availability

Keep account access links and codes confidential and provide an email address you can access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control. We will use reasonable care to restore access and resolve delivery problems.

Personal-use licence

MB Pattern Atlas owns or licenses the Pattern Atlas name, methodology, software, written modules, illustrations, and templates. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use your purchased report for private, non-commercial purposes. You retain rights in information you submit.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, publish, or commercially redistribute reports or site content.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, probe, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not submit unlawful content or impersonate another person.
• Do not use a reading to diagnose, control, or make decisions for another person.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise that a reflective reading will feel accurate or produce a particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Pattern Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or losses caused by reliance on the reading as professional advice. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and complaints

Lithuanian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings provided by the law of your home country.

Please contact us first; we aim to answer consumer complaints within 14 days. If we do not resolve a complaint, Lithuanian consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority. Consumers elsewhere may contact their local consumer authority.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an accepted purchase. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions: support@getpatternatlas.com or contact us.
